About
Dr. Idowu Atoloye is a research associate at Utah State University. He holds a PhD in Soil Science from the University State University. His research focuses on sustainable land management practices to rebuild and maintain soil health and fertility, with a particular interest in the complexity of regenerative agriculture in restoring soil carbon in agricultural lands. Dr. Atoloye researches the interplay between land management practices, soil health, and carbon sequestration on working farms. Additionally, his research examines the molecular interaction between carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and soil minerals. He has published several articles on climate-smart agriculture, soil health, and soil organic carbon
sequestration.
